Coo-Var Masonry Stabiliser is a binding and sealing solution for degraded and porous masonry. Designed for use on unstable brick, screed or plaster prior to painting.

Coverage: 9m² per litre. The practical spreading rate may be lower as this depends on factors such as the porosity and roughness of the surface to be painted and material losses during application.

Drying times: Low temperature and high humidity will adversely affect application, drying and performance of any coating.

Touch dry: 2 hours

Hard dry: 12 hours

Full Hardness: 5-7 days

Recoatable: 12 hours / overnight
