Coo-Var Matt Black is an oil based flat black finish. Used for tudor beams, fire places, wrought iron work, photographic dark rooms, any where a non reflective surface is required. Can also be used on chalk boards.

Coverage: 9m² per litre. The practical spreading rate may be lower as this depends on factors such as the porosity and roughness of the surface to be painted and material losses during application.

Drying times: Low temperature and high humidity will adversely affect application, drying and performance of any coating.

Touch dry: 2 hours

Hard dry: 8 hours

Full Hardness: 5-7 days

Recoatable: 12 hours / overnight
