Coo-Var Tile and Melamine Primer is an ideal primer for tile and melamine surfaces prior to painting, ideal for use in kitchens and bathrooms or other tiled surfaces. Most paints will adhere to this coating, water or oil based.

Coverage: 8m² per litre. The practical spreading rate may be lower as this depends on factors such as the porosity and roughness of the surface to be painted and material losses during application.

Drying times: Low temperature and high humidity will adversely affect application, drying and performance of any coating.

Touch dry: 2 hours

Hard dry: 4-6 hours

Full Hardness: 3-5 days

Recoatable: 12 hours / overnight
